Health and Safety Policy
CAM-TAZ is committed to provide and maintain a healthy and safe environment that safeguard our employees’ work life both physically and mentally. We are continuously building a healthy, safe and environmental workplace by delivering, following, and abiding to our local employment laws and rights of employees of Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training.
Through strong governance, competence development, and awareness building, we aim to promote a safety work-life culture for every employee including:
- Legal Requirement: Comply with relevant health safety environment related laws and regulations, industry guidelines and standards.
- Communication: Ensure that employees are trained, informed, and supervised on how to undertake the tasks in a correct and qualified manner that limits the possible risks to health.
- Reduce Risk and Eliminate Hazard: Continuously improving HSE performance as well as identifying and minimizing business related risks of HSE. Well-planned management system and procedures are designed to prevent any possible factors that pose threat to not only employees’ but also visitors’ health, safety, or environment.
- Consultation and Participation: Committed to regularly review and consult with workers to maintain the effectiveness of the HSE policy.
- Continual Improvement: Ensure mistakes are learned within the organization. Monthly meeting to strengthen professional development as well as to identify root cause of the issue and correct.
